VISMED MULTI are eye drops based on sterile, preservative-free 0.18% hyaluronic acid solution.
VISMED® MULTI is a 0.18% high molecular weight hyaluronic acid solution, with natural ions present in the tear, in a 10ml multipurpose bottle, without preservatives, with more than 250 drops. It is an artificial tear.
High molecular weight hyaluronic acid offers viscoelastic, moisturizing, lubricating properties ideal for alleviating eye disorders associated with dry eyes. It has two years of expiry, and is authorized for use for 3 months after the first opening of the bottle.
It is the same formulation present in VISMED 20 single dose, but now in multidose packaging without preservatives, more manageable for the hands of the larger patient.
The solution is hypotonic (150mOsm/l) to counteract tear hyperosmolarity associated with the evaporative dry eye, and with a physiological pH of 7.3.
VISMED® MULTI can also be used with contact lenses (hard or soft).
