Fish oil concentrated in omega-3 fatty acids (Algatrium® with Tridocosahexanoína-AOX® as a source of docosahexaenoic acid), Capsule: Gelatin; Dry extract of Vaccinium uliginosum (bog bilberry fruit); Stabilizer: Glycerol; Emulsifier: Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; Stabilizer: Sorbitol syrup; Lutein (Dry extract of Tagetes erecta flowers); Emulsifier: Lecithins (from soy); Colouring: Iron oxides and hydroxides; Zeaxanthin (Dry extract of Tagetes erecta flowers); Antioxidant: Tocopherol-rich extract; Vitamin A (Retinyl Palmitate).

BRUDY OPIA has been designed to complement the daily needs of essential fatty acids of the Omega 3 family, vitamin A, carotenoids such as lutein and zeaxanthin, and polyphenols such as natural cranberry extract. Brudy has developed and patented a source of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA): Tridocosahexaenoin-AOX®.
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is an Omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acid necessary for normal eye and brain function. This benefit is achieved with the intake of 250 mg of DHA per day. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and DHA contribute to normal heart function. This beneficial effect is obtained with the daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA.
Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision; it also contributes to the normal maintenance of skin, mucous membranes, and the normal functioning of the immune system.
HOW TO USE
A daily dose of 1 capsule per day is recommended, accompanied by a glass of water at meal times.
WARNINGS: Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Do not go over the recommended daily dose. Not recommended in case of hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the formulation constituents. It is not recommended in case of pregnancy and lactation, nor in children under 4 years of age.
