The access and / or use of this portal of creative BRUDYLAB of the web site attributes the USER’S condition, which accepts, from the above-mentioned access and / or use, the General Conditions of Use here reflected. The mentioned conditions will be of application independently of the general conditions of contracting that in his case ensues from obliged fulfillment.

www.brudylab.com and www.brudylab.net provide the access to multitude of information, services or information (in forward, ” the contents “) in Internet belonging to creative BRUDYLAB of the web site to that the USER could have access. The USER assumes the responsibility of the use of the portal. The USER promises to do a suitable use of the contents and services (as for example studies and reports) that BRUDYLAB offers across his portal and with enunciating character, not to using them for (i) to incur illicit, activities illegal or opposite to the good faith and to the public order; the (ii) to spread contents or propaganda of racist, xenophobic, pornographic character – illegal, of apology of the terrorism or tempting against the human rights; the (iii) to provoke hurts in the physical and logical systems of BRUDYLAB, of his suppliers or of third persons, to introduce or to spread in the network virus IT or any other physical or logical systems that are capable of provoking the hurts previously mentioned.

BRUDYLAB fulfills with the directives of the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 of Protection of Information of Personal Character, the Royal decree 1720/2007 of December 21 by which there is approved the Regulation of development of the Organic Law and other in force regulation in every moment, and watches for guaranteeing a correct use and treatment of the personal information of the user. For it, close to every form to obtain information of personal character, in the services that the user could request to BRUDYLAB, it will make evident to the user of the existence and acceptance of the particular conditions of the treatment of his information in every case, informing him about the responsibility of the created file, the direction of the person in charge, the possibility of exercising his rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, the purpose of the treatment and the communications of information to third parties in his case.

Likewise, BRUDYLAB informs about the fulfillment given to the Law 34/2002 of July 11, of Services of the Company of the Information and the Electronic Trade requesting his assent to the treatment of his e-mail with commercial intentions in every moment.

  1. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY:

BRUDYLAB is a holder of all the rights of intellectual and industrial property of his web page, as well as of the elements contained in the same one (in example: images, sound, audio, video or texts; brands or logos, combinations of colors, structure and design, choice of the used materials, access and uses, etc.), BRUDYLAB’s ownership.

By virtue of arranged in the articles 8 and 32.1, the second paragraph, of the Law of Intellectual Property, there remain expressly prohibited the reproduction, the distribution and the public communication, included his modality of putting disposition, of the totality or part of the contents of this web page, with commercial ends, in any support and for any technical way, without BRUDYLAB’s authorization. BRUDYLAB does not become responsible, in any case, of the damages of any nature that they could cause, as for example: mistakes or omissions in the contents, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of virus or malicious or harmful programs in the contents, in spite of having adopted all the technological measures necessary to avoid it.

BRUDYLAB reserves himself the right to effect without previous notice the modifications considered necessary in his portal, being able to change, suppress or add both the contents and services offered in its portal.

In the case that in name of the domain, links or hyperlinks could be established to other sites of Internet, BRUDYLAB will not exercise any type of control on the above mentioned sites and contents. In no case BRUDYLAB will assume some responsibility for the contents of some link belonging to a foreign web site, will not even guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, extent, veracity, validity and constitutionality of any material or information contained in any of the above mentioned hyperlinks or other sites of Internet. BRUDYLAB saves himself the right to refuse or withdraw the access to the portal and / or the services in it offered, without need of notice, to its own instance, or from a third party, from those users who break the present General Conditions of Use.

BRUDYLAB will chase the breach of the present conditions as well as any undue utilization of his portal exercising all the civil and penal actions that could correspond to him in right.

BRUDYLAB will be able to modify at any time the conditions here determined, being due published since here they appear.

  1. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION:

Relation between BRUDYLAB and the USER will be governed by the Spanish law, and any controversy will surrender to the Courts of the city of Madrid.
